- UPS AMT’s have $0 premiums with $150 (individual) and $300 (family) annual deductibles
- BENEFITS – RETIREMENT
- Traditional Pension: Paid a percentage of employee average earnings upon retirement (Discontinued in 2008)
- The FedEx Pilots still have a Traditional Pension Benefit because they had a contract.
- Portable Pension Plan: Provided a 5% to 8% employer retirement contribution annually (Discontinued in 2020)
- UPS AMT’s receive a 13.5% employer retirement contribution
- Traditional Pension: Paid a percentage of employee average earnings upon retirement (Discontinued in 2008)
