AMP is in work to exclusively unionize FedEx Aircraft Mechanics nationally through Railway Labor Act (RLA) / National Mediation Board (NMB) rules.
Additionally, AMP is in work to free the Facility, Sort, and Vehicle Mechanics from national RLA/NMB unionization rules so they can unionize locally under National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) / National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) rules.

- A mailing address is provided on the card.
- Cards need to be filled out by hand without errors or corrections.
- Cards without a signature or date are invalid.
- Cards are valid for one year from the signature date.
